Rebuild World Gets TV Anime
There’s nothing quite as thrilling as witnessing your favorite light novel turned into an anime series, such as Neon Genesis Evangelion Shin Evangelion which premiered today! This event left anime fans thrilled!
Rebuild World, an action sci-fi adventure set in a post-apocalyptic future, features Akira as an orphan living in desolation who becomes part of an organized group searching for ancient civilisation relics that can make her rich. She eventually joins forces with them as she goes after these powerful pieces of tech called “relics.”
Akira’s journey into becoming a hunter is perilous, as Akira must navigate an unknown terrain inhabited by mechanical monsters and cyborg-beast hybrids that can kill him instantly. To survive in these dangers, Alpha, an mysterious woman with various skills such as calculating escape routes and running simulations of the environment provides him with crucial help – yet while Akira is grateful for Alpha’s assistance, his indifference towards suffering is perplexing her.
As the story develops, Akira and Alpha form an unbreakable friendship based on their shared need for survival. Learning from one another as they teach each other skills necessary for life – they share secrets as well as impart wisdom – but most importantly their love remains the cornerstone of this alliance.
Kadokawa Publishing recently made the announcement that their light novel Rebuild World will receive an animated television adaptation through their Twitter account and included a teaser visual for the series.
TBS Animation will produce this anime for their Japanese network this summer, and Nafuse and Gin have written and illustrated it respectively. Published initially as web serial on Shousetsuka ni Narou and Kakuyomu websites before being picked up by Kadokawa Dengeki no Shin Bungei publishing imprint; Kirihito Ayamura is providing artwork for an ongoing manga adaptation published by Dengeki Maoh ASCII Media Works, this story follows Kirihito on an exciting journey where both characters face different enemies in Japan this summer!
Rebuild World is an original sci-fi action adventure, setting itself apart from other isekai titles with its focus on discovering dark dungeons and unlocking unbreakable powers.
